If you have been looking around online for information on how to start a hot dog stand you will have noticed that there are numerous products out there that promise to help you.
One of them is 'Hot Dog Book', found at HotDogBook.com. The course has been put together by an experienced hot dog vendor called Mike Chilton.
I have yet to read this guide but it does look fairly comprehensive and the value is certainly there when you look at what is included.
Might be worth a read.
